Pistachio macaroons. They turned out alright! Light and fluffy but a bit too sweet and pistachio-y for my taste. I guess I’ll go with chocolate and strawberry for next time.
Also, I need a piping set, the little book ends were not consistent at all :( it was like trying to match up socks after laundry… my make shift bag-with-hole is not cutting it.
I also should have colored them.
What flavor should purple be?
